What do I do if I lose, forget or have problems using my vouchers?


I have lost my loyalty card. What should I do?

If you lose your loyalty card, please contact our Customer Service. A new card will be sent to you and your points will be preserved.

I forgot my loyalty card during my previous purchase. Can I credit my points afterwards?

We invite you to send our Customer Service your card number as well as a copy of your sales receipt (please indicate your first and last name) so that we can credit your loyalty account with the points to which your purchase entitles you. You can also go to the shop with your card and your receipt.

I have received an offer by email but I can't print it. What can I do?

If you have a Smartphone, present the email you received at the checkout in your shop so that the discount can be applied. If you don't have a smartphone, please contact our Customer Service.
